did you make any changes in the settings from the module?
e.g. changed the value from the field "menu name"

yes, I changed also menu title from module (As your explanation, that was the source of my problem)

you can change everything in the module itself except the menu name. While you are designing the menu by the component you have to select the menu name there. The selected menu name will be saved in the module fully automatically. You don't need and don't must to change the menu name in the module.
If you need to change the menu name then do it by using the component.
